If you're looking for some info on buoy turns, I did a pretty extensive tutorial thats up on my YouTube Channel in the "How To" Section (Linked and displayed BELOW). It's an older buoy turn video, but still gets some of the basics done for todays #SUPtipTuesday!! After reviewing it, I think its still a good place to start,
but stay tuned for updates and new material in a Part2 & 3 đ. The most important things to remember if you can't sit through the whole thing are 1. STAY ON THE CENTERLINE whether you side step or cross step and 2. SWEEP WIDE to get the board turned faster. The further away from the board your stroke - the more efficient the turn will be.
