o ½ cup _______ flour (whatever you want. Almond, chickpea, sprouted, wheat, etc)
o ½ cup coconut flour
o ¾ tsp baking powder
o ¼ tsp salt
o 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil, melted
o 1 tsp vanilla extract
o 1 mashed banana
o 6 tbsp almond or coconut milk
o ⅓ cup coconut sugar
o 4 tbsp egg whites
o Dark chocolate chunks
Combine flours, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate bowl mash banana, add melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, milk and combine. Then beat in sugar until blended.
In thirds, add flour mixture until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake 11min @ 350 on silpat
